	The reason that Bugzilla can't currently use Strawberry Perl is that
explaining how to compile DBD::mysql (or any other CPAN module dependent
upon external headers) is too complicated and difficult.

	The Ubuntu package seems to have a lot of issues, and is, I believe,
unmaintainted. The Fedora package is kept up-to-date, though, and seems
to work fine.
