IMHO for windows Bugzilla could be integrated with Strawberry Perl Professional
and distributed that way.

On Ubuntu I can just type

$ sudo aptitude install bugzilla3

but I have not tried it yet so I am not sure what will be the end result.

In any case it would be nice if that was working on all the major
Linux distributions
if it is not yet already.
