Marking comments as valid/invalid or positive/negative

	Totally agreed. The plan is to allow people to mark comments with
arbitrary tags that have colors associated with them, and then the
comment would become highlighted in that color. It would be something
that was visible to everybody, not just a personal thing--knowing which
comments are actually important is something that every bug reader wants
to know.
