	To be honest, I've never interacted with groups via the API, so I think
you would know better than me.

	I'd like to make things work based on how Bugzilla should ideally be
working (that is, as it will be working in the future) because that way
we don't have to change things or aren't left around with legacy cruft
when Bugzilla does "catch up" in some areas. This is, of course, as long
as this strategy doesn't interfere with making certain features work now.
