Hi,

I've been working on the CVS/Bugzilla integration with CVS version 1.12. I found this program on CPAN:

http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/D/DW/DWHEELER/activitymail/activitymail-1.26

which seems to be more up-to-date than the other solutions I found. It's been around for some time and 
I was surprised it wasn't mentioned on the wiki page:
