Best thing to do is enter bugs for each of these. Search first to see if you find one that has already been added. The milestone change seems to be part of bug 77193 for example. Then break your changes into patches as described at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Developers and attach them to the bug you created or identified. Then request review from the appropriate reviewer.
