Our New show_bug Edit Form UI!

Max,

There are two places where users must "uncheck" the box when they don't
want to be added to the CC list when in edit mode from this form.  I see
that this was checked in so I'll file a bug.

I like the improvements, however, I actually like the proposed screen
much better for two reasons - it uses what appears to be a tabbed view
to the bug and offers the "most critical" pieces of information at a
glance.
