Our New show_bug Edit Form UI!

	Thanks to the hard word of pyrzak, we now have a new UI for the
show_bug edit form! You can see it here:

	https://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-tip/show_bug.cgi?id=10

	It is, by my calculations, approximately 18 million times
better than any other UI we've had in the past for that page. :-)
