Simpler Bugzilla

Let's start with bug entry, then.

Fields that Trac doesn't ask on bug entry that Bugzilla does :

- OS
- Hardware
- URL
- Initial State
- Depends on
- Blocks

OS and Hardware, we've talked about.
URL could easily be activated by a 'useurl' params.
Removing Initial state would be a regression more than anything else.
Depends on and Blocks, I'm torn about.
