Bug Field Scheme Templates

Hi Michael,

I don't know why you're suggesting that.  Can you explain?  Please note
that this is not a skinning issue, rather a decision to display or not
display fields entirely based on the product-selected field scheme.  For
example, a field scheme may show "Version" while another may not.
