from a triage standpoint, my use of activity is ~10-20%, which 
definitely is more than two hands, a nose and two feet :)  - the reason 
being you often want to see the reason/description of why a change 
(summary, dependency, status etc) was made.

For a developer or manager I have not doubt it's close to zero.
