bug 9412 - custom type field

This may be dangerous as all custom field names are of the form cf_foo 
and we don't know which names have already been used. Official fields 
will have a name which won't collide with those, though. We will 
probably add an attribute to fields allowing us to enable/disable these 
fields from editfields.cgi. Another example is the status whiteboard.
