Minutes of the last Bugzilla meeting

What I said in the meeting was:

12:21:47 <@justdave> oh, some other news, MoCo is probably going to help 
us with some minimal PR surrounding the 3.0 release

That says "probably," not "will."  PR in this context also means 
public/press relations as a general concept, not necessarily just a 
press release (though that may end up being all it is).

I've corrected the minutes entry on the wiki to read:

* We will probably have some kind of help from the Mozilla Corporation 
with public/press relations when Bugzilla 3.0 comes out.
