How Checksetup Works

	Hey hey.

	So, the reorganization of checksetup.pl is basically done. You'll
notice it's a very short script, now.

	As part of the final bug, I also added some new docs to checksetup.pl
about how it works. You can either see these by doing "perldoc
checksetup.pl" or they may be available here in HTML:
