Inbound Email

"The @ labels can be any valid field name in Bugzilla that can be set on 
enter_bug.cgi. For the list of field names, see the fielddefs table in 
the database."

Any chance of some sensible, limited aliasing here, to remove some of 
the historical warts from our field names? For example:

"summary" for "short_desc"
"platform" for "rep_platform"
"url" for "bug_file_loc"
"status" for "bug_status"
"severity" for "bug_severity"

No-one is going to know to use "bug_file_loc" for URL, for example...
