What kind of home page for Bugzilla?

Huh? So in that design if I want to make news available just to the BZ
user community in my organization I need to find other software to
manage the feed? What a PITA.
Sure, being able to do RSS would be useful, I suppose, but the work
involved in managing news items is trivial and would be immediately
useful to people.
