Ok - here's a specific we don't track yet - A manager wants historical
data on estimated time to completion by project stage versus actual.
Right now, our time tracking tables don't track estimate ranges using
the "cone of uncertainty" (estimate +/- uncertainty factors for similar
projects).  It would be helpful if we could do the following:

At each project stage, (pre-planning, planning, requirements gathering,
architecture specification, design stage, construction, testing, ...),
what were the estimated and actual values for amount of work to be done,
time to project complete, and cost to complete?  By tracking these
values, we can export data to the project estimation software to get
better estimates.

I'll file a bug requesting these things tomorrow from the office.
