No criticism, but can we try and have personas discussion on the 
relevant Talk pages, just to see if that works as a way of keeping it 
all together?

I think we could alter one of the personas (probably the manager) to 
make the company a bit more metric-happy. Let's not multiply them 
without a strong reason; the ideal number of Focal personas is three or 
four, and we already have three.

But we'd need to come up with something a bit more concrete and specific 
than "Company is metric-happy".
