I don't think there's no way it can be improved. I just think that it's
unrealistic to expect that we can make Bugzilla flexible enough that
most people won't have to change any code at all, because requirements
are so different.

And hey, opinions can change. That's the purpose of discussion. Don't
sound so surprised that you persuaded me of something :-)
