OK. But one way we could meet this need is by doing "format=micro",
which invoked a new, minimalist template.
If we want the same markup to be usable on both standard PCs and Dave's
Blackberry, we need to come up with a compelling reason why it has to be
that way rather than having two different pages (aside from "Because it
proves the Jedi power of CSS!").
The BBC website has "lo" and "hi" versions of all the content, for example.
