Personas

The concept of personas is pretty cool.  I did notice that none of our 
personas are working for a company that is metric-happy.  Having worked 
for management that insisted on all sorts of fancy charts showing bug 
distribution times and similar functions, I am quite aware that we have 
room for more development in that area.

Should we either add new personas that take this into account or add 
that to some of the existing ones?
