mod_perl is testable

	Hello, hello!

	So, mod_perl support is in a testable state, now, on the tip. There are
a few known bugs, you can see them here:

	You can patch checksetup to show you the requirements (although this
will be in CVS soon):

	If you find any bugs, file them as a blocker of "mod_perl" (that's the
alias of the mod_perl bug) and CC me on them.
