Litmus has never been implemented with the goal to replace Testopia. Nor
the opposite. As far as I know, Litmus is very specific to Mozilla
products while Testopia is to be used by anyone, for example your QA
team. So I would suggest that you use Testopia instead. I just checked,
Testopia 1.0 RC1 is now available.
