Test Management System

Ahoi,

I'm looking for a add-on to bugzilla, to help our qa/qc stuff to 
organize their test tasks. Currently, we do it manually with bugzilla only.

Till now, I found testopia (former testrunner) and got some information 
about litmus.

Why was litmus implemented with the target to replace testopia? Is there 
any reason again testopia (it looked very promising)?
