I appreciate such target setting. Knowing what bugs (even general/meta
stuff) are really wanted for a Bugzilla release is very helpful. I'm not
always sure if an enhancement is really wanted and if someone will (have
time to) review it.

After 2.20 was released I wanted to help fix some bugs. I looked at the
enhancement bugs targeted for 2.22 in NEW state and assigned to the
default owner for potential bugs. Such a list was very helpful.

Above example (custom field stuff) is far greater than what I'd like to
fix. I want to limit myself (currently) to the smaller (but nice to
have) stuff and not have to figure out how a reviewer/maintainer might
want something implemented. Complex stuff is ok, as long as I don't
have to make designs.

For 2.24 I hope to help simplify the UI, although I think a lot of
people want to target that as well.
