FW: getting a copy of each email

This actually seems like a good idea - I've often wondered who got a
particular email at a given time without having to go through all the
gyrations of rebuilding the bug history to find out...  Even if one does
rebuild the history, if a user has changed their email preferences, they
may not necessarily have gotten an email.  Having a log file helps dodgy
administrators act like "big brother" making sure all recipients that
were supposed to get a bug update actually did.
