	No, but I have written a script to copy a MySQL Bugzilla DB to
PostgreSQL. Both installations have to be running the latest tip code,
and the script is very much in beta status. But it's attached over here:

	You'll need to edit the settings in the beginning of the script to be
correct for your installation.
