Yeah, I believe the numbers for color blindness are 1 in 12, or 8%. 
And, I don't think colors are that useful for relaying information
such as bug statuses, anyway.  I remember learning somewhere that a
study was done and that colors were unable to relay much more
information other than grouping (all these red things are together,
all these blue things are together).

negotaiting color meanigs in one's head, e.g. ("ok, pink is urgent,
but brighter pink is higher priority, light blue is...").   I think
it's butt, anyway.
