I'm the UI module owner for Bugzilla, responsible for all aspects of 
Bugzilla's user interface, and Gerv shared with me your email below in 
which you called Bugzilla's UI terrible.  I want Bugzilla to have the 
best UI of any bug tracker on the planet, so if you have specific 
problems with Bugzilla's usability or appearance, then please let me 
know what they are so that I can make sure they get tracked and resolved.
