FYI - feedback from a guy who emailed me to say he was using Bugzilla, 
and then emailed three hours later to tell me to take him off the list 
as he was now using Mantis.

Gerv, it's just the UI. It's terrible. I don't have other words. I'm
just very surprised that the same team that created Firefox created
Bugzilla.
Hope you will improve it in the feature and I'll get back, because I
like the overall mozilla* style.
