Bugzilla is great! Could i distribute modified one to my friends (not sell) freely?

Even if it was, you are allowed to do that under the terms of the MPL,
the license under which Bugzilla is distributed:

Since you've made modifications to Bugzilla, it might be a good idea to
discuss [here] if the changes you made are suitable for integration with
the main Bugzilla product -- sharing the work makes a better product for
everybody.
