Bugzilla is great! Could i distribute modified one to my friends (not sell) freely?

Hi, all

I have used the Bugzilla. It is a great project! 

 

I tried to modify the source, including code, UI and logo, to match my request. Now my good friend has interest in the Bugzilla we modified. I would like to know if I can distribute the package (not sell). Is it a Commercial Usage?
