update to the default bugzilla css

it used to be hard coded at 12px.

i've just changed the css for font-size to 90% instead.

but it's not for a website, it's for a mozilla product.  i'd expect some sort
of mozilla related branding in mozilla's products.

yeah, if required that should be possible.

i'm not actually using any bugzilla.org markup, just a few images and colours.
