I found I'm most productive during Christmas/New Year periods, where I 
can put aside school and my current job and focus on my hobbies, Bugzilla.

We have contributors from both the "hobbists" and the "corporate" 
environment, so any argument for a month better than another would end 
up valid from one environment and invalid from the other one. Our 
community is pretty well mixed between those two, so I guess any month 
is in average suited the same for the release.
