Interview questions for a Bugzilla developer

While I'm at it, I was wondering: what type of interview questions
would you pose for a Bugzilla developer?

I'm not really looking for a Bugzilla developer, but I am looking for
someone who would work on another tool.  It's a Perl and PHP based web
application tool with a MySQL backend, so I figured there would be
some overlap.
