getting first comment from longdescs for RSS support

No.  The long description should be a separate field which is initially 
the first comment but can be edited as the issue gets clarified, which 
happens frequently (at least on b.m.o), even for bugs submitted by 
skilled users.  Of bugs already filed on the issue, bug 99240 seems the 
most appropo:
