	perl-MailTools-1.66 is in Fedora Extras at the moment, for Fedora Core
3. It's not shipped with RHEL3, so it would be a CPAN install or an
ATrpms install for RHEL3 users.

	perl-MailTools-1.64 is in the old Fedora.us Pre-Extras for Fedora Core
1.

	However, Debian Stable is probably MUCH older than all of this.

	Still, I do think that 1.61 is actually the real bottom requirement for
Mail::Mailer for Bugzilla (from reading the ChangeLog), so we should
reflect it accurately in the code if it's the case.
