bugzilla.org and www.bugzilla.org are two different servers.  It works 
this way because of the web interface for the mailing lists.  The list 
server is on bugzilla.org, and the rest of the website on 
www.bugzilla.org.  The URLs for each will redirect to the appropriate 
server if you hit the wrong one.

Noticing the timestamp of when Mick sent that, the upstream provider of 
the mail server had a several-hour-long outage that day (they had a 
fiber cut somewhere in Kentucky).

We shouldn't be using bugzilla.org without the www on it in the docs 
anywhere unless we're referring to the mailing list URLs.  Otherwise 
you're causing useless redirects.
