Making It Easier To Start Working On Bugzilla

I really don't think giving newcomers blockers to fix is
Every once in a while, I find myself wishing for two new fields in a Bugzilla
bug report :

Difficulty : How hard is it to resolve this bug (no idea who would set
this, though).
Field of resolution : Does the person who will try to resolve this need to
know TT ? HTML ? Docbook XML ? Perl ? Any combination of the former ?

This would enable us to point a newcomer who only knows HTML to the
appropriate bugs and let them go at it without fearing they're out of
their depths.
