Target For Next Release: December 14

There's a few of those bugs that are mine, and there's no way I'm going 
to have them ready that soon.  Although it'd be nice to try.

Given the proximity of weekends I think between the 10th and the 14th 
sounds like a good goal for trying to get the blockers in.  Then shoot 
for actually releasing on the 21st or so.  Gives us a week for QA to 
test and everyone else to work on the release announcements, web site 
updates, etc.
