Most blockers haven't a patch yet or their patches have been rejected. 
And those who have a patch are waiting for days/weeks... So:
1) we won't be ready in one week;
2) I disagree to release 2.20.1 with blockers still open (by definition 
of a blocker);
3) QA testing requires more than 4 days (especially because we are all 
pretty busy these days)!
