I agree with you. The concept laid out in 91037 and its dependand bugs 
is well thought out. OTOH, it is so far away from the current Bugzilla, 
that I have no chance to realize it.

My customer is ready to pay me some 5-10 days. Working on all the bugs, 
on which 91037 depends, would cost me months. Sorry, but that's as it is.
