Help restoring db?

This may not be the right forum for this so if it is I apologize - I have
backed a bugzilla database using:

mysqldump -u root -p bugs > bugzilla.20050418 and am trying to import it on
a new mysql server using

mysql -u root -p bugs < bugzilla.20050418

I'm getting
ERROR at line 84:

Line 84 is all garbled text...

Working with 3.23.58 ... Any thoughts?
