as a configuration manager I think integration with a trouble ticket 
system is a very good idea. You'll need to know that tech support issues 
3001-3016 all involve bug 2345, which had a workaround but is now fixed, 
but only for models D,G, and S.

Christopher doesn't agree, but I think it would be wise to look at the 
integrated PHP-based environments that already have wikis, project 
management, and calendars - like xoops, phpgroupware, and phpslash.
anybody have experience there? I'd like to hear...

It would make customization issues easier if the integration covered 
pluggable apps underneath, in whatever language or languages.
