This is a very bitchy article, but the only reason it mentions bugzilla
specifically is because its the most popular OSS bug tracker. The author
("Dennis Heuer, is a 34-years old german social scientist concentrating on
human-computer-interaction (HCI) and e-learning.") is complaining about
the way people treat bug reporters via bugzilla.
Since he's complaining specifically about how bugs have been dealt with on
the mozilla project one of you in moz officialdom might want to see if
he's full of it or if he's got a valid beef.

There are two ways of constructing a software design. One way is to make
it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies. And the other way
is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies.
