Well having been interested in gforge for some time, and having tried to
install it once before, and then trying again yesterday and running into
a bunch of problems, I would say Bugzilla is a hands-down winner on the
installation front. Of course one of the reasons I tried to install it
was all the features gforge provides, including custom fields.
That being said, if they do the work to get the installation process
down, it might just be stiffer competition.
The other point I would say about Gerv's comments, is that the
installation issue is something you have a pain with once, when you do
the install. The custom fields issue is a pain every day.
