I just looked at 2.17.6 (I hadn't used bugzilla in a while, so I'm not 
sure how new this is), I saw the "Find a Specific Bug".

That was really needed. You have no idea how many people came to me all 
confused that they couldn't use bugzilla because it was too "complicated".

That feature really kicks ass. :-)
