will there be a list of differences between 2.18 and 2.19.1 ? :-)

The only thing that is semi holding me back from wanting to go with 2.19.1 
(2.20rc1)  is the lack of support from p4dti 
http://www.ravenbrook.com/project/p4dti/plan/#section-2.15 (not a bugzilla 
issue per say).  But I use perforce and having my tracking software 
interfacing with my revision control software is sort of needed :-)
