You get my vote. By using usebuggroups and usebuggroupsentry I've gotten
past my fear of random folks creating accounts and being able to see bugs.
( Incidentally, this reminds me of an "atypical" bugzilla usage that some
of you might find amusing. My whole family uses bugzilla. My wife uses
it for business and family stuff (as do I). So, for instance there's a
bug for "paint the bathroom". But we've gotten our son to start using it
to report his desktop Windows problems through bugzilla and we're
assigning him various nontrivial tasks and he's using it to track his
progress. )
So you can see why I want to avoid random folks even having an account.
