Default version for new bugs?

I agree that this seems like a usable enhancement. I think it would get used
locally, and I'm sure I've seen someone ask about it before in the
newsgroup. Tried looking for an open bug against it, and couldn't find
anything.

That's just MHO, but I thought I'd speak up to say that I concur with kiko.
